Check whether other people signed in from the same IP address, device or network as a trader. You need a role that may read personal data to see IP addresses.
- Open the trader's profile. See Find a trader by name.
- Click the Sign-ins tab.
- Find a sign-in with a chip in the Shared with column, for example IP ยท 2 other people.
- Click the chip.
- Read the list of people who signed in from that address.
- (Optional) Click Show what else they share to see other addresses these people share.
Result: A panel opens titled Who else signed in from this IP address (or device, or network), with each person, their accounts and their sign-in counts.
Tip: To list only this trader's sign-ins from that address, click Show their sign-ins from this IP address in the panel. The list then shows the filter chip Same IP, device or network. Remove the chip to see every sign-in again.
Tip: The count covers successful sign-ins on the same trading server only. The same address on another server is not compared.
Tip: A shared address is evidence to check, not a conclusion. Offices, households and VPNs can share addresses.
