Check a group of traders named together, for example in a ticket about coordinated trading. One trader's Case does not confirm a group.
- Click Relationships in the side menu.
- Click Network.
- Type a named trader in Find a trader or evidence type….
- Choose Trading or Login under Evidence method, to match the ticket.
- Select the connection between two named traders.
- Click Show group. It appears only when the group is bigger than the pair. Focus pair goes back.
- Select each connection and read Evidence found and Case status.
- Click open Case under a trader, or click the trader's name for their profile.
Result: You see every connected trader, the evidence for each link, and who already has a Case.
Tip: A member with evidence only has no alert-backed Case yet. Treat that member separately until the evidence is reviewed.
