Exposure never shows a missing figure as zero. It shows a word instead. Find the word you see below.
If a card says Unmeasured and shows Declare account sizes
Your firm has not declared its account sizes, or the sizes do not match your accounts. QuantSentry cannot measure liability without them.
- Click Declare account sizes on the card.
- Add each account size your firm sells, then save.
- Go back to Exposure and check the card again.
Note: Only a workspace Owner sees Declare account sizes. Other roles see An owner can declare account sizes. Ask your Owner to do step 2.
If the first card says Known accrued liability
Some funded accounts could not be measured, so the figure is a minimum. The line under it says how many were measured, for example 12 of 14 funded accounts measured.
- In Traders by exposure, expand traders and look for accounts with Unmeasured liability.
- Click the account. If the panel says No initial balance is known for this account, so its return and liability cannot be measured., the trading platform did not send an initial balance.
- Check the connection for that platform in
Settings > Connections. If it is connected and the figure is still missing, contact support with the account ID.
If the chart says Return history is unavailable for this period
The period you picked starts before QuantSentry has return history for your accounts. The line under it shows the dates that are available.
- Change the period picker to a period inside the dates shown.
If a card says None in, followed by an asset class (for example None in Futures)
The Asset class control is set to a class that has no current funded accounts.
- Set the Asset class control to All, or to another class.
If you see Funded accounts unavailable, Cases unavailable, or Exposure by trader could not be read.
QuantSentry could not read that data just now. Nothing has been lost.
- Reload the page after a minute.
- If the message stays, contact support and say which card or section shows it.
